Application Information
Please be prepared to pay the $75.00 application fee for each person over the age of 18 that will be living in the property.
You will need- your contact info (email address and cell phone number) copy of your driver’s license, last 2 addresses and contact info of your landlords, list of others that will be applying with you.
You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, a copy of your last paystub, contact info for your employer and please note that most properties require that household combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
*Application fee: $75.00 per person
Important Information
Your rent payment is due on the first of each month, unless your lease says otherwise. Rent is considered late on the 6th day of the month. We will set up a tenant portal for you for easy payment of your rent.
