Can you hold a place before I apply?

No.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

We collect the security deposit when you sign the lease. Then right before move in we collect the first month’s rent.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, if there are no damages to the property above normal wear and tear.
Who needs a cosigner?

A cosigner is an option for a student, or someone that does not meet our credit or income criteria.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You can apply on our website. Click the property you are interested and then the apply button.
How do I pay rent?

We set up a tenant portal for you. You can pay your rent online through your portal. We also accept checks
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

If the property accepts pets we just need to get information about the pet and get the owner’s approval. You will pay a non-refundable pet fee based on the type of pet, age, size.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Please give us 45 days notice to vacate. You can send that message through your tenant portal.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

Generally repairs and maintenance are an owner expense unless the tenant caused the damage.
