Meet the Team
Owner, Jan Moore, has been an active licensed Realtor in Charlotte since 1992. Jan and her team know the area, the trends and where the growth is. We have primarily been in the property management and investment arena for over 11 years. We know what rents. We know the areas that are highly sought after and we know rental pricing.

Jan is originally from Asheville NC. She spent a lot of time in Charleston SC at her family’s beach home. She attended NC State University for two years. Jan then changed her major and transferred to Western Carolina University for the next 2 years. Afterward, Jan started working in Atlanta Ga in marketing and advertising.
Jan transferred to Charlotte in 1992 and decided to branch out on her own into Real Estate, and over the years she has developed extensive knowledge of the Charlotte Real Estate market. She had the good fortune of training with and working for the esteemed Bill Gallagher (top ranked trainer and BIC in NC) for many years.
In 2012, Jan transitioned to the property management and investment side of Real Estate. Jan has the knowledge and expertise needed to help educate an individual owner or even a large investor on the Charlotte rental market, values and best locations for rental property purchases. Additionally she is very experienced with best practices for management of investment properties.
Jan’s southern heritage exemplifies who she is and how she treats her clients.
Jan is married to Craig Moore, They adopted two children from Russia in 2001. Anna and Dillon are now both in college and living the American dream. Craig also has a daughter Katie who is married and became a mom in 2018.
Jan is an animal lover and will stop in the middle of any street or highway to rescue a stray. Currently they have 2 rescue golden’s, Bella and Chance.
