Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No. That is up to you. We are glad to explain the process to you and then you decide. -
Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. We give clients our cell phone numbers so we can be reached when needed. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we can. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes -
Can you help me find additional investments properties if I want to expand my portfolio?
Yes. We have extensive knowledge of the area’s and type of properties that lease quickly and for top dollar. We are glad to assist you with this. -
How and when do I get the rent?
We typically deposit an echeck into your bank account by the 10th of the month, unless that is a holiday or weekend. -
How is rent collection handled?
Most of our tenants pay online through their tenant portal. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
That is up to the owner. Typically 1 or 2 year leases. We will do a 6 month lease if it works for the owner. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Usually the equivalent of one month’s rent. Sometimes more if there is an unusual situation. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately -
What type of properties do you manage?
Condo’s, Townhomes, Single family homes, Duplexes, and Multi Unit Properties. All price ranges in most of the Charlotte metro and surrounding areas in addition to South Carolina. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We set up an owner portal for you through our software program. It keeps track of all accounting…monies in and out. It will show rent collected, repairs, maintenance, fee’s. Additionally we can have a monthly report sent to you. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We do. -
Will you tell me what my property needs to be competitive in the rental market?
Yes, we will do a rental analysis and give you advice on what the current rental prices are for your area. We also do an inspection of your property. We will advise you of any freshening up or maintenance items that would make the property look its best.
