We conduct extensive screening on all tenants and handle every aspect of getting your investment rented in the shortest time possible.
RENT COLLECTION
We make it easy for your tenant to pay rent through their tenant portal. This helps us collect rent on time and get you paid quickly.
MAINTENANCE
We have a great team of maintenance vendors that address maintenance issues timely and cost effectively. Copies of all invoices and a description of the service will go in your owner portal. We do regular mid lease inspections to catch any potential maintenance issues early on.
FINANCIALS
With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Log into your owner portal to view statements & more.
EVICTION
Our eviction rate is less than 1% per year. But in the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will shield you from the stress and handle the entire eviction process. Once complete, we will get your property rent ready and re-rent it promptly.
